Cable, Water, and Electric are included. The average cost for utilities per month for electric is $65. This price includes heat.

Upon signing the lease, we ask that you pay first months rent and security, which is equal to one months rent as well. If the lease is not broken and the apartment is not damaged, full recovery of the security deposit will be refunded.

We charge a $25 application fee to run background checks, criminal checks, and credit checks.

We have two different types of leases. We have a 12 month lease and we have a lease called the “Student Lease” that runs 9 months, from September to May.

The square footage range from apartment to apartment. A two bedroom is typically anywhere from 650 to 750 square feet, a one bedroom is slightly smaller at about 500 to 650 square feet, and lastly the studios vary from 350 to 450 square feet.

Hot water is included in most buildings. Heat is electric and it is a separate utility in every building. However, the buildings are older and well insulated so the electric bill tends to be found reasonable by most tenants. Cable and internet is also separate.

We allow cats and dogs under 35 lbs. We ask that you clean up after your pet and place it in our pet waste dispensers located within the complex.

Each apartment is allowed two parking passes. The spots are not assigned, but parking is rarely a problem. There are two visitor lots located on each end of the complex as well.

Each building has all new laundry facilities on the first floor, and the machines run off of a card for convenience.

Most apartments include all new appliances; refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Some apartments also include dishwashers.
