The property manager at Morning Star Condominiums is Ted Keating. He recently bought the condominium complex in Concord in 2005, but has owned and rented property for almost thirty years.

A great deal of renovations and improvements have been done to the property since the new management took over; new parking lots, new roofing, new security system, new doors, new entranceways, better landscaping, etc.

All of this was accomplished with the dedicated management team along with Ted at Morning Star.
